In conditions of high uncertainty and fast changes in environment it is very risky to develop strategy with the only support on the probabilistic forecast. Some jumps, sudden changes and events cannot be foreseen. In unstable environment there are many variants of the future.
The main idea of the scenario planning is designing, creation of various “histories”, different and equally possible variants of future development, which are well structured and logical. Thus, strategy ceases to be a fixed plan and gets necessary flexibility, which allows to remain successful at various alternatives of future development.
We offer to use scenario sessions from one-two days up to the full variant of strategy’s development in several stages (pict.1)
